Jack Guze
 

JACK GUZE has been consulting to global retailers and fashion groups since 2001. With over 30 years experience in fashion sourcing, Jack has held senior level positions with Macy’s and Dayton Hudson. At Sears he was GMM of Men’s, Children’s and Shoes and Group Vice President responsible for International Sourcing where he established a global brand development and sourcing organization. Jack served as Chief Marketing Officer of Reebok, Payless Shoes and was General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer of Myer Grace Brothers Department Store, Melbourne Australia.  Earlier in his career he worked for ATID, a Israeli-American joint venture to promote exports and design.  Jack and his teams have received industry recognition including a REGGIE Award (plus a second nomination), a Sabre Award, a “Top Ten” Product Introduction Award, Men’s Retailer of the year Award (MR Magazine) and “Turn Around” Executive  of the  Year Award (Footwear News).

 

Jeremy McClintock

Jeremy McClintock brings 25 years of footwear experience with a strong background in design, development, merchandising, and global sourcing. His past roles include VP of Private Label Footwear at Jimlar and Li & Fung, VP of Merchandising for Calvin Klein Footwear, and Design Director roles, including Frye Boots. With a background in industrial design, Jeremy incorporates a results-driven approach to design and development, blending strategic cost engineering and manufacturing while ensuring product integrity and aesthetics. Throughout his career, Jeremy has extensively traveled globally, working with factories in China, Southeast Asia, India, Brazil, and Mexico. He has worked with clients such as Calvin Klein, Lands’ End, Vionic, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Birdies, and many more, pioneering factory relationships and transitioning production to mitigate tariffs. When not in factories, Jeremy focuses on the creative side of the business, working with design teams, creating market and trend reports, and investigating sustainable materials.

Selena Mccartney
 

SELENA MCCARTNEY has been a successful designer in women’s shoes for many admired brands. They have included Steve Madden, The Frye Company, Calvin Klein, Rachel Zoe, Corso Como, Gap and Katy Perry. Serving as head footwear designer for Calvin Klein women’s shoes was responsible for design direction as she led trend research, trend development, trend direction, material development, constructions, lasts, patterns and corrections. Selena’s ability to forecast on new trends and actualize designs has enriched profitability while evolving a timeless fashion-forward style.

Enrica Bianco: Design Director
 

ENRICA BIANCO is an accomplished Design Director with over 25 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of luxury high-end shoe leather, footwear, handbags, and small accessories. Throughout her career, Enrica has supported the creative needs of remarkable brands, including Petra, Gucci, CafeNoir, Guess, Vince Camuto, Narciso Rodriguez, Circa J&D, Bandolino, Lewit, Bruno Magli, Pedro Garcia, and many more. 

Enrica has gained valuable expertise in product management and leadership functions, including advising on products and overseeing all components of the process, from creating design concepts to new constructions. She has also researched and implemented industry best practices while driving continuous process improvements in various countries, including Italy, Spain, the USA, China, and Mexico. Fluent in three languages, Enrica is a collaborative and supportive team player known for her detailed analysis and ability to streamline operations.
