When formed in 2010 our brand consultancy recognized the need for companies to strengthen their capability with outside support during a general downsizing environment. Initially focused on delivering creative, trend and brand building support, we were asked to help in merchandising, marketing and product development.  As the global sourcing matrix became more complicated with labor costs rising, civic unrest and tariff restructuring, we were challenged to find alternative sourcing for many clients.
